Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

1. We recommend that you review the About the Journal page for the journal's section policies.

2. Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the process:

3. The submission files are in .odt (Open Office and Libre Office), Microsoft Word or RTF document file format using these templates: Plantilla Word (.doc) y plantilla OpenOffice (.odt)

4. Authors should have an ORCID identifier. If you do not have it yet, you can get it.
 
5. Articles should range between 3,000 and 8,000 words (all-inclusive). Papers must NOT exceed 8,000 words. An abstract and keywords are required for an article submission. All articles should include an abstract of no more than 250 words.

6. Authors have to submit two manuscript, one of them anonymized. This text has had the authors' names removed. If an author is cited, "Author" and year are used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of author's name, paper title, etc. The author's name has also been removed from the document's Properties, which in Microsoft Word is found in the File menu. Ensure that your submission is anonymized (including in "Properties).

7. The submission can include graphs, pictures or images. Follow the APA 6 guide.

8. The submission must default to the most recent version of the APA 6 guide. Here a guide to APA 6

9. Publication in this journal is free of charge for authors.
